Hello,I’m Shuhei Murakami and the founder of Live Like A Cat NFTs.

I’m going to show you 5 reasons why LLAC is a long-term NFT project.

  1. Our project mission is "Updating the way of life"
  2. The Freelancer’s School supporting LLAC
  3. We sold 7500 LLAC NFTs almost free(0.001eth)
  4. We have two another businesses except the NFTs
  5. We're planning to build a physical place for LLAC holders

1. Our project mission is “Updating the way of life"

Obviously, it is a long-term mission.

Many of NFT projects disappearing after their launch, LLAC is seriously aiming to update the way of life.

Why we need to do this?

There're a lot of misunderstandings about the way of living. Especially among younger generation in Japan.

These misunderstandings is the opposite "The American Dream".

Get real!!
Get it together!!
Work hard and save money-NEVER PLAY HARD!!
Don’t make a mistake!!
Very few people can succeed-YOU ARE NOT THE ONE!!
etc.

How we let them take over these misunderstandings?

We need to update it, or you can say fix it.

At the same time, it’s long-term project.

2. The Freelancer’s school supporting LLAC

I’m also the founder of The Freelancer’s School, which teaches skills like social media marketing, blogging, and online product branding.

Currently, more than 22,000 students are subscribing to the service to obtain skills to work as freelancers.

The LLAC project and community are supposed by The Freelancer’s School.

Even if the Japanese NFTs market falls, we won’t have money problems immediately.

3. We sold 7200 LLACs for almost free(0.001eth)

We sold 7200 LLACs for 0.001eth and have not sold it all out.

LLAC has a very large operational holding at now.

This strategy is common in tokens, but very rare in NFTs.

If LLAC is short-term project, we sold it all for 0.1eth at the first sale.

You might guess that LLAC team members will sell it when LLAC floor place increase at some point in the future.

But we’ll never do that. We wouldn’t like to collapse our project.

4. We have two another businesses except the NFTs

Before LLAC launch, we've already started two another businesses.

The first is NFT seminar and webinar business.

Tickets were always sold out and getting more popular events.

The second is E-commerce Business called “Matatabi-ya”.

Both sales are approximately $150k and we can use these profits to LLAC project.

And of course, we also have creator fees on OpenSea, it’s 110eth now.

Multiple income streams are helpful for long-term operations.

5. We’re planning to build a physical place for LLAC holders

Many of NFT project says that “We are setting up metaverse!!”, but how many projects actually did it?

I wouldn't like to say “They are all scams” but it’s easy to say it.

We are planning to build a facility like a co-working space, LLAC holders can meet each other and begin construction on it by early 2024.

I’ve already found the first construction site on the island in Seto Inland Sea,Western Japan, where I live now.

Of course, overseas holders can meet there too, if you like.

So, please stay tuned.

Although it is a small market in Japan, our vision is a big one.

If you are interested, please join us.
